Selector Resilience has been replaced by Selector Stress Reactions.
Selector Resilience assesses an individual’s awareness of stress indicators. It summarises their tendency towards anxiety, or physical reactions such as disengaging from the cause of the stress and becoming distracted.
The Selector Resilience report is included within the Selector Insight, Selector Graduate and Selector Retail assessments.
